Does this replace my existing window tint? +
PHASE is a switchable film that goes on in place of (or in addition to) traditional tint. Most owners remove existing tint first for the cleanest install and best optical clarity in the clear state.
How is it powered, and does it drain the battery? +
The controller wires into a switched 12V circuit. Power draw is minimal — comparable to an interior dome light — and it draws nothing while the window is left in the clear state.
Can I install it myself? +
Yes, if you're comfortable with basic 12V wiring and careful film application. Most owners choose professional install for a bubble-free finish, available at checkout.
What windows does the Single Window Kit fit? +
Front door, rear door, or rear quarter glass on most sedans, SUVs, and trucks. Provide your vehicle's year, make, and model at checkout and we'll confirm fitment.
Is it legal, and does it meet VLT regulations? +
PHASE is continuously adjustable, so it can be set to comply with your local VLT regulations in daily driving, and switched to a more private setting when parked. Rules vary by state and country — check yours before your final install setting.
What's the warranty? +
2 years on the film and controller, covering manufacturing defects and switching failure under normal use.
